Cubs - Girls and Boys from 8 to 10 1/2 years of age.

Develop new skills. Soar to great heights. Being a Cub opens up a whole other world.

Every week, Cubs meet on a Tuesday night from 6.45pm till 8.15pm at the Whittlesey Scout Headquarters, in a group called Cub Packs to take part in lots of interesting and challenging activities – achieving anything they set their minds to, and having lots of fun along the way.

  • Master new skills and try new things
  • Have fun and go on adventures
  • Make friends
  • Are curious about the world around them
  • Help others and make a difference, on their own doorstops and beyond

Cub uniform and badge placement

You don't need a uniform to join. But once you've settled in, you'll start speedily earning badges, and you'll need to know where to put them!

Joining

If you are interested  in Whittlesey Cub Scouts,  find out about spaces and availability to join. Even if your Children are not old enough to join us just yet we can put them on the waiting list.

Cub Leaders

All of our leaders are trained volunteers, working to make sure Scouting is safe and open to all. Some lead the Colony week in and week out. Others visit occasionally to help run a session or drop in to share their skills. No matter how much time you have to spare, find out about volunteering on your own terms.
